Our small team worked hard to make ShopLook a reliable and enjoyable experience. Despite our best efforts, certain users may at times experience crashes or other important bugs that prevent them from enjoying their experience.

For our iOS users, the best way to contact us to report a crash is directly in the app.
- Go to your 'Account' tab
- Click on the 'settings' icon from the top left corner of the screen
- Click the option to 'contact us at email@example.com'
- Include a subject and a clear description of your issue. Be sure to click the 'send shoplook debug info' checked as this helps us address this faster.
- Click 'send feedback'
We will do our best to get back to you with 3-5 days. Often faster!
