Canceling your subscription is easy.
If you signed up using our web product (not using our iOS app)
- Go to your dashboard
- Click on the settings icon
- Open up the ShopLook Premium section
- Click 'cancel subscription'
If you signed up using our iOS app, see instruction here. (will require using your iTunes settings)
If you signed up using an Android app, see instruction here.
A few important notes:
Your subscription will cancel at the end of the current period. You will not be refunded if you have already paid and already started a subscription period.
If you are on a trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before a trial period expires to avoid a charge.
