First, make sure you have gone through the proper steps outlined here to reset your password.
If you did not receive the email, it may be because the email address you used is not the same as the one you registered with. We often see cases where the user registered with a different email address or a misspelling/ typo of that email. On rare occasions, our servers may be down and an attempt to log in may fail and alerting you know that the login or password is incorrect. In this case, we suggest trying to login again in 3-4 hours and if issues continue, to reach out to us.
