You can opt to reset your password in both our web and app experiences. This process triggers an email to be sent to your main email address used to register with ShopLook

You should receive an email from email@example.com in a few minutes. If you did not receive the email, it may be because the email address you used is not the same as the one you registered with. We often see cases where the user registered with a different email address or a misspelling/ typo of that email. In case this may be the issue, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to help.
Note: During pre-announced downtime, users on both our web and app experience may have trouble accessing their accounts. If you are confident you are using the right password but having issues with login, we suggest you wait a couple of hours and try again. If issues persist, please contact us.
