Images not showing up
Hello, I have been attempting to create new designs for the last two days and every time I click on create outfit and attempt to place images and items onto the canvas nothing shows up, I just get a blank canvas. It is really frustrating as I have loads of ideas and I really want to make some new designs for the new contests and I am unable to at the moment. Can you please help me so that I can get back to designing.

Hi,
Thank you so much for reporting this issue. We have recently been working on improving how our images load with the goal of improving speed and this may be a negative side affect.
Given this is the first report we are hearing of this issue, I hope you can provide some additional information that will help us better identify and hopefully fix it.
- Can you try to create an outfit using Chrome Incognito mode and let us know if the same issue is happening. This is an important way for us to differentiate if this is a browser cache related issue.
- What operating system are you using?
- What browser are you using normally when you run into this issue?
Thank you for getting back to us with this important information as it is necessary for us to address it.
We look forward to fixing this with your help.

Hello, I can't use the Chrome Incognito Mode as I don't have chrome on my computer. I am currently using a mac computer and safari browser. it is what I have always used and still nothing is showing up on the canvas. It was working until about 2 days ago and now just nothing is showing up and I miss making designs.

Hi,
Thank you for clarifying.Chrome is the best way to experience ShopLook and most of our mac users use Chrome (including our team as we are also all mac users). Ideally, you are able to download Chrome but if for some reason you are prevented from doing so, I have proposed a solution below.
I have now confirmed that this is a cache issue for safari users given we have released some improvements to image load the last few days- and given the way Safari manages cache, it is resulting in issues. Those issues should clear up over time as cache clears but in the meantime, you can use Safari private mode as that should not give you any problems (there is no cache!).

In the meantime, we will look into ways to manage Sarafi cache better so that in the future, released do not result in issues.
