Link From Shoplook To Community
Would there be a way to link the community profile with the site's profile? If I click on someone's profile on Shoplook.io, I could see a link to there profile on this site, or something like that. I think it would make this place more connected to Shoplook as a whole.

Thank you for making this recommendation, Andy. We would love nothing more than to make this possible but unfortunately, it is not. The community and help forums are using Zendesk which is a separate platform. Zendesk is used by hundreds of millions of users and thousands of companies. This allows us to roll this out and scale it fast- which is why we chose this path despite the valid drawback of not being able to link to your original profile page.
