We were alerted that ShopLook web and app was down and not able to be accessed by most of our users on the morning of Nov 25th.
It appeared this issue stemmed from our partner, Amazon Web Services (AWS) which we use as our servers for ShopLook.
We were able to update some of our usage of AWS to fix this issue. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at hi@shoplook.io
