Server issues and downtime [June 7th]

Over the last 3 days, we have run into several issues with our servers which have led to both the site and app going down and overall, very slow load.

We are continuing to run into unexpected server issues today and are continuing to work around the clock to get ShopLook back to working as before. We are hopeful that things will be fixed and back to normal soon. Please rest assured that we are doing our best.
