Adding a design to a challenge

Hi, I would love a feature where I can add my outfits to a challenge once i've made them. I've just created an outfit, and published it, but then I've realised that I didn't do it 'under the challenge'. It has likes and everything, and I don't want to lose my likes by recreating the outfit . This happens to me a lot :(
