Outfit Not Showing Up in Challeges

Hello! I like submitting to challenges but have noticed recently that my looks aren't appearing in the challenge pages after I submit them. I don't know how to fix this as I've double checked and my looks are tabbed with the challenge hashtag and made specifically for the challenge. I did have some saving issues while I was working on some of them (shoplook was bugging out so I had to save drafts and go back to keep editing, note: there is a bug for me where sometimes when you adjust the background transparency on an object the object dissapears and is replaced with a tiny copy of the board you are working on).

 

I put a lot of effort into my challenge outfits and I find the challenges really inspiring and a good way of participating in the community so I'd like to be able to submit to them. Now I'm really worried none of my outfits have gone through. Does someone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

  Related to your concern about outfits not being submitted to challenges, I am happy to take a look into this. Can you send me an example of an outfit (a link would be great). We are currently experiencing a bug that is preventing a checkbox to appear next to the challenge name when an outfit is created but this does not prevent the outfit from being submitted. Alternatively, you can check to see which challenges you have participated in by going to your dashboard and clicking the challenges tab > Participated view. Let me know!

  Related to the bug you are facing when removing the background, thank you for describing it. Can you confirm if you use ShopLook on the web or our iOS app? This will help us better investigate the issue.

  Hey thank you so much for the quick response - two outfits I have made are not showing up. Neither appears on the challenge page or in my participate challenges. I have linked to both below.

  Both were published for the first time under the correct hashtag and made after the challenges were started particularly for the challenges but I've had to edit/save as draft both of them due to some errors. On the camping one when I published it certain elements were missing. And both of them suffered from the bug where elements got weird when I edited the background transparently of them. I create sets exclusively on the web using Firefox if that helps.
