Design erased upon publishing!

    Hi Abby, 


    Thank you so much for reporting this issue. This is a very rare issue that can happen when the browser cuts out connection with our servers momentarily during the publishing process. We have tried our best to address it but it seems that it impacts .01% of outfits and we are puzzled by it. 

     

    That said, I believe you can get the set to republish if you open up in edit mode and click publish again. Can you try that and let me know if you run into issues?

    I tried to edit and republish but it still doesn’t seem to be displaying in my feed.

    FYI this issue happened again today. I tried to republish several times with no luck, but was eventually able to get it working correctly. Wanted to alert you that this issue came up again. Thanks!

    Thank you so much for reporting this! It is good to know that this is an issue that is more frequent for you than I originally expected. 

    Can you send me the link to the outfit when you have a chance? I want to keep a close eye on this issue. And please continue to report this as it happens!

    And to clarify, do you use the app or web? And was the design able to be published in edit mode or did you have to take a screenshot?
