can't change username
over the last few days i've been trying to change my username but everytime i try to do so shoplook gives me an error that say 'a user with that email already exists'. does anyone know how to fix this?

We are not aware of any issues impacting the ability to change username. Can you please reach out to us directly at hi@shoplook.io with your current username, the username you are trying to change it to, and the steps you are taking to do so. Please also let us know if you are using ShopLook web or iOS app!
